and change processes associated with new hire/terminated
employees and annual enrollment processes via our
secure web-based access portal. TAC manages benefit
program eligibility maintenance and reporting to
all parties including employee deduction administration.

the program design and communication functions integral
to the delivery of benefit programs to their employees.
All of TAC’s administration capabilities are
supported by a proprietary software program developed
by TAC to handle the complete administration of
multiple plans and multiple carriers in multiple
states. Our web-based internet applications are
tailored to each clients specific program needs.
The TAC system can handle multiple employee levels
with multiple payroll; all with the ability to provide
payroll interface for employee deductions and carrier
interface for billing administration. In short,
our system enables us to administer any situation
that our client’s needs dictate.
